Death........Is it a Boon or is it Scary????

(Sorry Friends for the hiatus...........was trying to discover myself n some new ideas..........)

Before talking about Death, first I would like to explore and share ....What is LIFE?......'coz DEATH always comes after LIFE!!!

LIFE is living every moment of one's existence fully!!!!!
This does'nt mean that Life is hunky-dory, or like a sweet song you humm always.......
Life comes with its share of Ups and Downs.......
Enjoying every moment means enjoying the ups and downs of Life too.....
as Life is a gift GOD has given us and these joys and sorrows, ups and downs too are a part and parcel of our existence.
There is a famous saying,"An intellectual person enjoys sorrows in the same platform as joys and gives his fullest to both!"

Life is always uncertain........we donot know ,what will happen the next moment....., in the next hour , or 24 hrs. or even next month or year.
So , why not live as though there is no next.....or tommorrow for us.
Whatever is, ....is this time, .....the present moment!
Most of us are worried about what is going to happen in future, due to which we spoil our today and now!
What is DEATH?
Death is the end of our existence in this particular incarnation.
Death happens for the Body and not for our soul....... (as has been said by Lord Krishna too in the Bhagvad Geeta)
We ought to realise that this body is meant to be destroyed ultimately, for the soul soul to attain Mokshaa or move to another incarnation.
We donot know is what will happen after Death........but what we know , is what is to happen before death.........!!!!!

Surprised.........!!!!!
Coz I just said Life is uncertain.........
But, here I mean , that death is the end of our present existence, so why not live our life in such a manner that we utilise each moment iof ourLife or Being......fully!!!!
..........doing good deeds, fulfilling our responsibilities and duties, trying not to hurt others......, helping as many as one can ...as and when reqd.,........spreading smiles n happiness....., and many such things.......the list seems endless!!!

As was very well portrayed by Raj Kapoor, in the movie Shree 420, through this song, "kisi ki muskurahaton pe ho nissaar, kisi ka dard mil sake toh le udhaar, kisi ke vaastey ho tere dil mein pyaar............Jeenaa issi ka naam hai!!!!"
MEANS, LIVE FOR OTHERS!!!!!!
Once we live every moment of our life fully,. ........we are not afraid to DIE!!!
An intelligent person is always ready for death.
Death is inevitable............for one n all.......be it a king or beggar.....IT HAS TO COME!
Now or after sometime .......one never knows.
It never gives us time to think..... and if it is inevitable and common for all of us ......then why be afraid of it............rather it is a BOON , .......coz it gives us a chance n realisation to live fully!!!!!!
We ought to live life as if there is no Tommorrow!
So that , even after death, we remain alive in people's memories n thoughts through our good deeds and work!!!!
Many such examples .........Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela......etc. serve as inspirations.They lived for their ideals....... a simple life, depriving themselves of luxuries to see others happy........working for n serving mankind n people in the best manner!!!!

DEATH is Scary only for the Selfish..........those who merely exist.......they don't live life!!!!! They live only for themselves , and deprive themselves of the happiness to see others happy 'coz of them!
Those who are not aware of being the Gifted ones!!!!
The ones who God loves the most.........thats why we were born as Human beings!

A famous saying conveys the essence of living in simple words, "He, who is well prepared for Death, always lives every moment of his life to the Fullest!"

Here I would as well like to qoute a famous dialogue from the movie KAL HO NAA HO,
"Hanso, jeeo , muskurao........Kya pataa .......Kal ho naa ho!"

Try to put Smiles on other's faces.......this will give you lots of satisfaction..........TRY IT!!!!
If we recognise and accept change.......we'l face death bravely.......
When we were kids, our parents and grandparents were there.......
Now, as we are gradually advancing in age.......we are replacing our parents......our parents replacing our grandparents.......and our children are taking our place.
As Lord Krishna put it in Shrimad Bhagvat Gita, " This (Life n Death) is a Continuous Process."
Once we attain this realisation, the scare or fright of Death will disappear!!!

So Friends,.......

LIVE FULLY EVERY SECOND AND MINUTE OF YOUR LIFE, so that when the end comes........... WE ARE WELL-PREPARED !!!!
and not SCARED........

.......and we set examples for our coming generations!!!
